After SU14 Severe Stutters at some but not all Airports

I am having a strange problem after SU14. At handful of airports I have departed from / landed at I get severe stuttering. There is really no rhyme or reason to it I can figure. I have some intense paywares that are fine, JFK and SFO fine, but then for instance the stock DFW and DFW give me issues. Again, these are airports that gave me no issues priro to SU14. This is also with DX11. Tried DX12 as well but no difference. 

Any idea what would cause this?
