Why do you always insist on taking it somewhere where I haven't gone? The link I posted was directly linked to "highpeakrider" as he was the first one mentioning age. When you click the link, highpeakrider's comment is at the top of the page. His was also the 2nd comment in that thread. The conversation followed on from there. I specifically mentioned "context". What was the point of that? Are you trying to say the age claim wasn't being said here? 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.

What was the point of that? Do you always think there's some kind of hidden agenda? Ok, for claritie's sake. Here's the key context which directly references the graph. MSFS is definitely far away for all age groups, only affected by mobile / tablet simulators among the teenagers (GeoFS and Infinite Flight). X-Plane and P3D are more popular among the older ones than the younger. DCS (Falcon BMS as well, not shown) have the most success with the young adults. Some simulators are not shown on this graph, because they always stay very low (never significantly above 1%). Can we please leave it there? Edited December 27, 20232 yr by GoranM

It was to dispel the "they're mostly kiddies" narrative. The data is the data no matter what was being discussed on the org. So I ask again, what was the point? 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.

All you posted was the graph that was compiled by someone else, that was made public on that forum. He also accompanied the graph with a summary, which you failed to post. All I did was post a link to a comment that started a conversation that actually led up to the graph being compiled.
December 27, 20232 yr Ok I failed to post his summary but is there anything in it that takes away from the point I was trying to make? 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.

December 27, 20232 yr Anywayyyyyyyyyyy. Looking at the graph we can see that most users are around 30 years old and teenagers are clearly outpaced by older age groups across the board. Please not that I am not bringing other sims into it because I am dealing with a claim that was made about MSFS on its own. Quote Yes. Context and a summary from the person who posted it. Nothing in that context took away from anything I said so you're wrong. I mean, did you not understand my question? Edited December 27, 20232 yr by Krakin 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. December 27, 20232 yr Commercial Member Wow. You just can't let it go, can you? I posted a link for context. If a simple link bothers you this much, then there's nothing I can do or say that will change anything. You can disagree with my reasoning all you want.

December 27, 20232 yr I've seen some comments that the Navigraph survey was biased in favor of MSFS. But when looking at a list of survey sponsors, Microsoft and Asobo were not among them. Laminar and Lockheed-Martin, however, were indeed sponsors of the survey.
