Hi there!

I have Feelthere KBNA installed for MSFS, but there seems to be a lack of AI at the gates, specifically static, especially Southwest. I have been trying to "LEARN" it but recorder isn't opening or showing that it's running in the background?

This may be user error, but I would greatly appreciate some guidance.

Is that airport in the TBLO folder? Maybe Nico needs to generate the parking data for it.

As for the Recorder app, do you have a Professional license for RT? I believe that's required now to learn destinations.

It is not in the TBLO, however there's just not much static parked aircraft.

I do have a professional license

Did you tick park soft in the UI? KBNA does not have many real options, that's why you better add some soft static parked.

Recorder has nothing to do with it. It is started by PSXT if you have set a destination airport and then it will only add learned options to the file of that destination airport when you have arrived  over there.

If you want to "learn" your origin airport (KBNA in your case) you should tick learn real and learn soft in the UI.
