fsx textures

HiI downloaded and installed the Salem mission (which didn't work) and over wrote the texture files with the ones that came with the mission.Now I seem to have a problem with the aircraft lights looking like blocks/squares.Without having to re-install my fsx, does anybody know how I can re-install just the original texture files?Thanks for taking the time to read this.Ernest
