Airport Parking Sign

Hey,I was watching a video someone had made on flight simulator and notced that when they were taxiing to the stand there was a sign infront of them which gave instructions to help them park the plane. Does anyone know the name of this device and how it works?Thanks,Dave

They are usually part of payware and some freeware sceneries

Those are self parking guidance lights. They usually work on the basis of parallax or fresnal lenses.
