I too have decided to have both LES and VSkyLabs versions. They are different enough and both have a lot of care put into them and I just love the DC-3... As a matter of fact, I think I am gonna go fly both right now... 🙂

So... you are gonna laugh... You know how I said the LES DC-3 is practically impossible to taxi? I don't know how, but apparently all the other times I tried to do it, I was doing it with the tail wheel locked. Somehow I realized that I must have it reversed today and sure enough... Taxiing is not an issue now.

there was a freeware DC-3 /  C-47 for XP11.

Anybody is aware of this has been updated to XP12?

Yes, the awx, and it's Great!!!

Flying gliders since 1980

Flightsimming since 1992

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

Been flying the LES DC3 exclusively for some days now and it's extremely satisfying. I do wish for a ski version and more liveries. It needs an update for the passenger windows, the row of windows is too high on the fuselage, guess liveries start coming after that fix. Flying this bird is great fun and quite immersive.

The fix is routed to a major update, like 2.1.0.
