I doubt that. it happened only once in 4 years during a very early MSFS beta that everybody's logbook disappeared.  🤣

You are correct. Since yes. It all (?) works again. Don’t ask why. Don’t ask how. Did too many things prior to a reinstall from scratch. Logging out and in here and there, repairing and even resetting the msfs app in ms settings. Some hours ago it miraculously started. No music. Good sign! Logged hours >0. better. And all controller profiles in place. Best!

I bet this was a glitch an MS side. Anyway, I am just glad I did not follow the kind MS servicedesk advice to manually delete my cloud profile because then indeed all what have gone.
