May 16, 20242 yr SIP, he's is in DLSS DLAA in the final beta. I use DLSS Quality instead. Can't say my screens look any more blurred than this, whether looking straight on or panning (looking is what MSFS calls panning the views. It was called panning is FSX). All very nice, a bit better than SU14 in smoothness, fps. EDIT: he was in Vatsim and lots of traffic to make the performance test more difficult. I had just finished a flight before watching this at London City Apt. in the BAE. Performance all very similar (but not in Vatsim). ACtive sky is not injecting cloud textures, I don't think the culprit has to do with AS/Asobo . May 16, 20242 yr Ok. Seriously. I have never had such great performance in this sim before. Consistently. I am not an FPS chaser but having smooth and less stutters is a big improvement. Obviously using autofps and the FG mod with riva tuner. 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.

May 17, 20242 yr Now that the latest beta has regressed back from tying to work miracle performance improvements with a revamped SDK, the SU 15 is stable and smooth for most of us. Just an opinion that you folks not in the beta will like it's when released. Had they not regressed back a bit, most of the Xboxers might have been KO'd. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Yeah, I was surprised by the initial time I tried the beta (the previous build) and it was a lot better. Now...its way better. Asobo/MS/Azure (or whoever) really make me angry when they don't listen from everyone complaining about something. Fix the bugs first and improve performance. Then...only then do you add your fancy stuff. 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.
May 17, 20242 yr Commercial Member Good choice. So, I guess we just need to wait a few more days for the team to fully test the rollback changes, and then we will get a stable SU15.

I would guess at next Tuesday. It seems good, and the only problem I have is the camera creep that started a few updates ago. The custom viewpoint gradually creeps upwards over time. I have to keep pressing 'F' every few minutes to re-centre the view. A few other people have mentioned it, especially when using a head tracker. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).
