June 11, 20241 yr Cockpit visuals: With 2 G-1000s I would never fly the Diamond plane unless I had a an available auxiliary touch screen. And an Air Manager in order to pop out one g-1000 (or two screens for two of them) to completely fill the auxiliary screen. That way I can actually see needed information quick enough to enjoy the flight. Luckily I have an inexpensive Asus (top brand name) touchscreen, knobster, and Air manager. The knobster is the least necessary of these 3 items in my opinion, but it works easily and very easy to mount (I used velcro). None of this even cuts fps by 5%. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
