Avatars and other icons not showing in the Forums

Is it just my PC but since Avsim came back online this week, I have found when visiting the forums:

 

a) my and other people's Avatar images do not show

b) the icons for the upvote seem to have disappeared

 

Just wondering....❓

I can confirm the same issue. My signature has a couple of flags (linked from Wikipedia), and they are no longer visible here. If I copy the link and paste it, I can see the flags with no problems.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

    Also, the “Unread Content” feature is not working at all, or is (occasionally) working very intermittently.

    I wish that "503 Service Unavailable" message would go and jump in the docks. Avsim seems to be the only website where I ever see this.

    I'm not looking the gift horse in the mouth...AVSIM is free but...

    The performance and reliability of the site is very random. Assuming there are no glaring configuration errors in the website, the hosting seems to leave a lot to be desired.

    Sorry!  Ya gets what ya pay for!   Site server is having problems.  Complaining about it won't fix it.  Gotta wait till the big hammer
