Did anyone try Charlie pedals at FS Expo?

I am about to configure a new system and having difficulty convincing system constructers that I have not interest in RGB cases, fans, etc.

I fully understand you, it took me a good while to build my system. No need to replace fans here, first time it happened to me. I still have a box with those expensive Noctua fans.

  • I think FSElite interviewed the owner (forgot his name). According to him things got sorted out with his former partner. They will take care of the older orders and get ready for the new products.

  • After several day using it I actually love it. There is "foot-heel" rest at the base of Charlie that resembles convectional airplane!  IRL unless you need a dramatic ruder application you push rudder

Maybe it is. I already have the crosswinds so I wouldn’t be picking these up. The problem with relying on honeycomb software is for people like myself who use spad.next it can cause big problems insta

Yeah, the Fractal cases are even better for minimalistic builds.

The moral to this story is why you have your own lawyer review paperwork.

Looking at the honeycomb website, they have no product to sell other than the Xbox hub. Everything else is marked sold out?

Which Honeycomb website? Apparently there are two, competing against each other, both claiming to be the manufacturers of Honeycomb rudder pedals. What a meltdown.

One Honeycomb website has a page that explains this, the other one doesn't.

Some of the soap opera at Honeycomb. There are at least two competing Charlie's being sold, it looks like. The serial number is supposed to say which version.

There are two websites. The one selling counterfeits (allegedly) is the founders website:

Ask them something like that:

all-black-no-rgb-v0-skrobkbbzh7a1.jpg?wi

Noctua has amazing case and cpu fans with no RGBs.

Do you have the model number?  Difficult to ID with just a side view.

You mean the case?

This is the one:

Yes. Thank you. I like that one a lot.  Great in the way it provides drive mounts.  I routinely clone my two drives and my current Coolermaster H500 is dismal for that sort of flexibility.

I can't even access that site in the UK.  Get a "This site cant be reached" error and my anti-virus pops up with a warning too saying it maybe a scam website.  Warning states "This website has been blocked. Honeycombsim.com could be a fake e-store.  Hackers create fake online stores to look like a real store, so they can steal your personal info or money"

That's my case. I can attest, it's a fantastic case. Ultra quiet, and enough air volume that it's easy to maintain good temps with just the fans that come with it. Really great layout, too. Lots of room to work. Some will take issue with the wire tuck option, because the right side of the case is glass too so you will see the wires that you hide back there, but mine's right side is up against a wall so I don't care. I do wire tucks for airflow, not looks anyway.

In fact, the case is so good I got a second one for my PC after being so impressed with the first one when building a VR box. It finally replaced my ancient Thermaltake Armor which I used for almost 20 years across something like 8 PC builds. Almost hated to retire it but the View was just too nice to pass up.
