Do not want to start a dilemma, flight, etc. Legit question: I have ton invested in MSFS and did a lot in X-plane but just could not take the graphics etc. For the hell of I fired it up and updated tonight. It is better than I remember but the blurry numbers and text unless zoomed in are annoying. At dusk, dawn, and night I really enjoyed it. I miss the road and sea traffic along with the airport vehicles and trains. I know there are add on coming for MSFS. Just wondering does anyone know if we will be able to use traffic in MSFS 2024? XP just looks alive albeit dawn/dusk or night and not day. Again NOT NOT NOT a comparison it is just function that I am curious about. Open discussion please....

Are you using DLSS? Try switching to TAA and see if that fixes the blurry numbers and text in your cockpit gauges.

There are improvements for the traffic in MSFS 2024, but they didn’t detailed the changes. We know the air traffic was improved, most models and liveries are being implemented and there will be live sea traffic.

Back in FSExpo 2023 presentation, besides the sea and air traffic improvements, they also implied (there’s a slide) road traffic would also have improvements.

To answer the question I doubt that MSFS 2024 highway traffic will look anything like XP 11's but some improvements are coming. We shall all see in 3 months. Looking forward to the new version.

XPlane has settings that allow for AA and you can also use the video cards control panel. I remember using reshade with XP 11 and that added some nice effects to the VC.

MSFS 2020, what an amazing sim!

I was thinking of getting back into XP with their Auto Ortho app.  Anyone used it?

I'm also a bit worried about AI traffic and decent ATC.  FSHud is making MSFS very enjoyable for me at the moment.  Any thoughts?
