Yuup, it is the Jeppeson2001 – Niagara Falls City Pack v1.2.0, i assume it is in the Marketplace from MSFS but not shure a 100% but you can find it here at Simmarket :

Stunningly beautiful pictures of the Falls...Have visited it several times while living in Columbus/OH...

Looks like your add-on scenery has surely made this place look quite realistic ...
