Hi all,

they had to bring something there, but either the aircraft is too large or the airport is too small...🙂

But you found your way up to the air and that is what counts, fine set of shots !

cheers 😉

Thank you PM 🙂, it also found the way back to the ground and the Asobo 747 there has strong brakes. So KBLI is usually not for such an aircraft

but it worked, had only 15 % fuel loaded.

Great shots, Andi! When you see this bird up in the air, you think, it's ok. Only when she is parked on a smaller airport next to other (smaller) planes, do you realize her true size 😉

Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds

Thank's a lot Bernd, glad you like it! 🙂 And that's true, I think it's clearly visible also in the last shot...

Nice!  What I wouldn't give for a PMDG Queen, I miss it from P3D.

Thank you Jack! It's not the PMDG but it's one of the better Asobo, it's rather good and works.

Always happy to see the Atlas 748, the very last of the Queens to be delivered to an operator...and a worthy one too...

[Andreas: All is fair in our virtual world...btw, you must know someone who once flew the An-225, if I am not mistaken, into Saint Mary's tiny airport in Isles of Scilly...around here ...so this here is acceptable...🙂...]

The nose of your 747 is pretty clear of the terminal building...I think...🙂...

Thanks for sharing this beautiful series...!

Thank's a lot P_7878 and I remember the Anotonov 225 landing but this here was not so dramatic, the Asobo 748 can do it.

Maybe this is not really realistic because it didn't even need the entire runway.  The nose was clear of the terminal...🙂
