Can't install editvoicepack 3.1

I am trying to reinstall Editvoicepack 3.1 on new unit and it says I need net frame 1.1.I have 2.0 and 3.0.When it directs me to Microsoft to download it it just keeps going to upgrade sight and I can't find Netframe 1.1.Any suggestions?Thanks,Ron

Thanks for that.I have Usenglish.gvp in my sounds atc folder.Do I delete that and then run Editvoicepack?Thanks,Ron

Please don't delete Usenglish.gvp. Editvoicepack will create by this file a new gvp file and automatically disables the default "Usenglish.gvp".
