For aircraft, with the new higher detailed surface physics reacting to the airstream, there should be no need to heavily modify "numbers" to obtain predictable "real world" results.
September 23, 20241 yr I must admit that a lot of issues with flight models etc. is a result of incorrect sensitivities in the control panel. Example: the BLSQ baron was far too twitchy in roll and pitch. I experimented with these settings, especially reactivity, and finally got it to the stage where it feels very close to the real thing. Yes, I have flown these in a previous life. I think this needs to be done with most aircraft, except the A2A Commanche, which has a different system outside the sim.
