I agree. I don’t have access to Discord so will take your word his comments were offensive. I think we’ve seen enough here to know the situation. Topic locked.

  • My communications with the FSHUD dev have been prompt, courteous, and professional. Hard to understand why this post is even on AVSIM. Get a refund and move on.

I appreciate the remark, but I reject your appreciation and your way of moralizing me.

When you bring things to a public forum and ask for opinions you may get answers you may not like but it sounds like you are only looking for answers from people who agree with you which again is a key indicator of not even being open to alternate mindsets.

Thanks, but I think this forum also informs other users of specific issues. For my part, I think I am right because a developer should never respond to a customer who complains about support not meeting his expectations, I quote, "We don't need a user like you and word not allowed off". Maybe I'm wrong. But my opinion remains the same. Have fun.

You may PM me and I will try to find out what the issue is. You seem insulted and I feel truly sorry for you.

I think the Mods should close this topic.... 🙂

if you do not recognize what was wrong with your reply to their support, better discuss this with friends & family.

Didn't work out.

And for what it's worth, I felt your response to them was rude as well. If you feel you're being mistreated a polite response still might be the best option...

To be honest, by the tone of your petulant responses in this thread I am not surprised that you received the feedback you got.

FSHud’s message (to you) in your very first post in this thread was apparently in response to things you had previously said about them in YouTube comments. I don’t know what you may have said in those comments - you didn’t share that here - but if you were rude or disparaging towards them initially, it would explain why they were not “warm and friendly” in return.

The issue here is that FSHUD is money-hungry and selling ALPHA software. It appears to be a new low trend. The other problem is that people buy these products that are labeled as such. I find it very troubling that a person representing this FSHUD is upset about getting paid by a customer because he " lost 3 of my weekends just to deliver this alpha version!". FROM THE GET-GO, DON'T SELL AN ALPHA VERSION!
DON'T TELL TO THE CUSTOMER TO "GO", THE PERSON WHO PUTS MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!
This guy is obviously upset and has a reason; even others didn't experience this.
He has every right to voice his concerns based on his experience. The internet is a powerful tool for communication, and it's important to have these discussions, whether they are positive or negative.
Sharing information like this helps customers make buying decisions and keeps developers on the right track, valuing those who put money in their accounts.
