Anyone had any problems installing this package? Im constantly getting error codes of invalid data etc.Will not install on either FS9/FSX Hope somebody can shed some light on this... Have not recd a reply from Flight1 Thx

Describe the error, and what, if any, error code appeared with it. Also, what OS are you running?Regards,Jim Karn

recd this a/c this afternoon and after numerous trys it will not install, either in FS9 or FSX.Firewall and virus are disabled;have attempted to d/l to temp folder;opened the disk and clicked on setup exe and these are the codes I get.FSX:GaugesF1atrb.dll This file contains invalid data.FS9:Flight One SoftwareFlightone ATR500_om pdf: This file contains invalid data...Error 21FC.Also when the disk is inserted the autorun starts but loads real slow and the errors mentioned above take place around 18% of D/LIm running win XP not Vista

As I replied to you over on the Flight1 ATR forums, it seems you have a faulty CD. Contact Flight1 and get it replaced.

Hey Carl, Thx for the reply both here and @F1forums.I have had no reply from anyone at Flight1.After 3tickets and numerous phone calls have equaled NADA.Any ideas on who else to contact? I understand they are based in ATL but not sure. Thx again for your help. Howard
