hello FSX'ers.hows it goin folk ?ok, my CLS a330/340 has various problems in the VC, besides VC everything is good, well, I found a solution and posted it in the forum, but the solution can be implemented by the modeler only, the frustration came when 7 hours passed and they didn't accept my post neither showing it in their forum, they even left their product dead without updating it for about 2 months, and their mod don't answer me.oh some developers sometimes #### me off :(

ScoobAll these excuses ar acceptable if that was Feelthere's only screw up. You should read the Forums more and see what people are saying about your company. When you sell products you can't support, this is what you get.

If you are selling a product, then leave the excuses at the door. People expect promt service and support when they plunk down their hard earned dollars, or you're going to get well deserved complaints.

The prompt service that people receive in relation to Flight Sim software is something that is not common in the world of software, and should not be expected. Look at your software library, try and find something else where you were able to talk directly to the developer and recieve a quick response, much less directly influence a fix.Tech support will respond as well as they can, but chances are, if the software requires change, you won't see that until they are good and ready, if at all.The quick response and direct communication is something I appreciate in this community, but it is not something I demand, and will not explode over if I don't receieve and answer when I want it.Edit: After revisiting the CLS forums, i noticed plenty of posts discussing SP3. It's apparent that they are working on it is it not? Relax and wait, just like you do for every other bit of software that needs fixing.

I can't comment about your post not being accepted, but the problem you mentioned has been fixed. ( The overhead gauges becoming reflective at daytime in FSX with SP2 and acceleration ). I can not give a time table on when SP3 will be released but it should be soon. SP3 also has some other minor bug fixes for FSX. Sorry if you were disappointed with our customer service but we take notice of every complaint or comment and address the problems as quickly as possible. Sometimes we may miss a post but rest assured we are continually making our products as bug free as possible. Thanks!
