I am trying to turn on the radios in this aircraft. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've noticed the MAX really, REALLY needs the panel brightness turned up for the digital numbers to show up. The one one the pedestal cranked to about the 1:00 position does it.

Same for the overhead and the cabin pressure.
