Attention MSFS24 Beta Testers, Zendesk is no more...

From the official forums;

Also, since MSFS 2024 has released, I’m not sure you noticed, but Zendesk will not be used for making these reports. That option is now gone. Bugs can only be filed via this forum in the https://forums.flightsimulator.com/c/bugs/200

Let's hope this is a move for the better, time will tell.

I was going to make a innocent joke, though not, I feel a bit of pity. Hope CEOs of Asobo are well, and for the excellent work in FS20 like never in a Simulator, and the impressive FS24 that will be, and they don´t be sacked or something, and maybe is more "fault" in the Microsoft side, I don´t know.

The most interesting post in the thread  for me is from a former moderator stating "that the team didn’t even look at [bug reports], despite promises from certain community managers that they read “every post” in the forums."

I figured as much years ago when Bug Reports from Beta periods kept going AWOL, just proves the point they don't know how to create a proper Bug Reporting Structure on those Forums and worst thing is that's the only place to do them.

This is not surprising to many of us. Take a look at the bugs in MSFS2020 that were not fixed and were carried over to MSFS2024. Additionally, it seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Now, we need to remain respectful and mindful of our tone when addressing their unprofessional practices. The only way to end this money grab is for people to stop purchasing broken and unfinished products. It's such a sad joke.

Welcome to the club. Three years as a moderator here, collecting bugs that the team didn’t even look at, despite promises from certain community managers that they read “every post” in the forums.
And this is what they do with that work:

I put together a list. This may not be comprehensive, but there are over 90 bug reports in this list that have been closed as “Won’t fix.” There’s a developer stream coming up on November 27. If you’re curious to know why these have been closed, feel free to submit a question asking about a specific bug report (like, ‘Why did the drone roll bug get closed?’), or include a link to this post and ask why so many bugs have been closed as “won’t fix.” (Be respectful in your tone or they might throw …
Many of the bugs I’ve sent up throughout the years were yours. I even used to have a bookmark on my browser just to send up the bugs you posted.
Microsoft needs a real attitude change toward their customers. The more time I spend on this ecosystem, the less respected I feel.

I absolutely get the frustrations, that list has a few bugbears of mine as well. Knowing that the drone camera will likely always rotate for the rest of my breathing days is pretty annoying.

Having said that, ignoring all the stuff they do, the updates, the freebies, the community engagement, and the majority of bugs in this exceptionally complex software actually being fixed (even if not to a timeline I’d prefer) to conclude that they have a bad attitude, or, like the OP says, they have no right to be proud of their work and should actually be really ashamed, shows there may need to be some attitude adjustment on your side.

You can’t have everything in life. Sometimes you just have to accept you won’t get your way on some things. (Why did CPDR give us an older version of FSR for Cyberpunk?! We’ve been waiting for it for years and they didn’t ship 3.1?!). Keep reporting the bugs, keep complaining on Avsim, but maybe learn to live with the fact that sometimes you won’t get everything you want and that doesn’t necessarily mean the other side has the attitude problem.
