I own XGraphics and its sister program, ActiveSkyX. I certainly like the cloud textures but that's all in the eye of the beholder IMHO. ActiveSkyX with XGraphics certainly gives you many more options and variations for textures than GEX or the default FSX clouds and ActiveSky will even render new textures based on the environment/flight plan you plan to fly. I bought GEX today as I owned their FS9 version and I was happy with the product. I was interested in seeing any differences in FPS or texture quality. I saw no differences in FPS but GEX seemed to have clearer textures. I have only used it around the LAX area so that's all my observations are based on. I plan on a flight from Seattle to Vancouver later on today. I think HiFi is working on a program to make GEX/FEX/ActiveSky/XGraphics more compatible. Then you run one setup and tick what options and textures you want to use. You can get more info on this at the HiFi website or maybe on their forum located on AVSIM. Now, if I use and install textures from XGraphics, it will wipe out my GEX textures and I'll have to go back into the GEX program and install GEX textures again.Best regards,Jim

I have both FEX and XGraphics and I prefer XG hands down. >>Get FEX>>Yeah, thats probably what I'll end up doing, it looks much>betterJust to be clear, there are differences between these two products. I use FEX for clouds and water, but use all the other texture options in XGraphics. A great combination, especially with ASX, which select the appropriate textures like sky, airport lighting, snow covered runways, etc. based on the weather conditions if you upload a plan before entering FS.You don't have to pick one over another, they can co-exist just fine together.
