November 24, 20241 yr With the Asobo/WT 737 Max and iniBuilds A330 and both being this good out of the gate, and likely to get even better with future updates I might just stick with and not worry about payware versions of these birds. November 24, 20241 yr In the iFly MAX you won´t get this style and luxury: If you fly with the Asobo-737-MAX you fly with style! The first developer EVER finally bringing one of these beyond awesome BBJ-private-jets that look like a high-tech luxury mansion to life, instead of making another and another and another (and another and another and another and another casual standard passenger version.) Awesome!! Where else can you get one of these hot Airbus and Boing private jet versions? I hope a team like Salty Simulations or FlyByWire completely overhaul the systems to bring this masterpiece of a 737 to Fenix cockpit system level. 🙂

IIRC, one of the LVFR 'buses has a biz jet model, too. But I'm with you: when I'm flying Asobo's MAX, I'm flying the BBJ.

Well except if Fenix makes an A330 🙂 Yep. I'm feeling like I won't be buying any payware for quite awhile. The breadth of good quality add-ons in v2024 is MASSIVE. Not just airliners, but GA, bush planes, GOOD seaplanes & flying boats, not one but TWO military heavy airlifters, and not just a pair of simple "VFR" helos, but a spread from the still very nice Cabri basic trainer all the way up to the mighty 'Hook and the highly sophisticated off-shore capable H225 Super Puma. And I ponied up for the Aviators edition, where the add-ons generally aren't as sophisticated as the new Defaults, but many of which are quite interesting to learn to operate in any case. And by the time I get bored of all those, and missions/careers, PMDG and JustFlight and the other 3PDs will have had time to bring their Tier 1 birds over, anyway.

Max flew rock solid KSFO-KSNA no major issues. Little overshoot here and there but nothing that PMDG wouldn't done. I also discovered that my copilot actually move lips when talk to ATC LOL I tried to use PilotLife2 with Beta FSUPC but unfortunately PL2 only detected MSFS2024 but couldn't detect beginning of the flight or track the flight You cannot use the current FSUIPC beta (7.5) with a Pilots Life V2. Use the current non-beta version 7.4.18 and it works just fine.
