My internet provider offers McAfee security suite with our internet subscription. How does McAfee work with FS9 and FSX. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks ChuckXP Home w/SP2, Core 2 Duo E6600 OCed to 3.0 GHZ, 7950 GT 512MB,300GB sata HD, 2GB Corsair 6400 DDR2, FSX w/SP1

I also use McAfee. It works just fine. Now, when I say that, I should point out that I have excluded some of my FSX folders from being scanned by the virus scanner - to improve performance during flight. The problem with disabling virus scanners is that, if you download a lot of add-on software from the internet and install it into a directory that isn't scanned, you might introduce something nasty. So, some extra care has to be employed.
