Sitting in the back seat.

When I start a flight in the diamond aircraft it puts me in the back seat. I thought this was a bug that affected everyone but I just checked my dad's installation and his is ok. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you set any custom cameras?

Is there an eyepoint setting specific to that aircraft?

No I didn't.

Happened to me yesterday and I solved it by "VFR PILOT VIEW RESET" button.

Maybe it's my keyboard or joystick bindings.

this happens if you load a SECOND plane in one play through. aka loading another plane without exiting first. the sim has a massive bug that saves only the FIRST plane's views that you load and then uses that for every subsequent plane in a single playthrough. there are numerous posts on this with lots of people upset (i'm one of them)

oh man, sounds like another bug then, it's loading a different plane's viewpoints. this game is an absolute word not allowedshow

Update I fixed this by putting the camera in wide-screen mode.
