Old news. This was announced days ago. So what is the asking price?

agh...apologies no internet access for  a couple of days! I expect the price to be the usual high end.

No biggie I think the 77F will be priced at 50 U.S. not as much as the 773er.

Always a good thing to have 2020 installed still as I love freighter ops-am still waiting for the 777 to be MSFS 2024 ready however long it takes!

I've been a PMDG customer for 2 decades and purchased every release to date. However, I have started losing interest in their business with the slow to release products. I find others developers have passed PMDG, so I am going to Save my $$ and not buy PMDG anymore.

Was there any info on when will 777 come out for MSFS 2024?

Sometime in 2025 maybe. No one knows yet not even PMDG.

I fly the 777 all the time now. Can't think of any reason to get the 777F unless it was free.

To be fair they should have done 777-200LR and 777F in a combi-pack - both share same engines as well as fuselage is almost similar with only exception being one is passenger variant & other is cargo variant. Makes absolutely no sense to buy something for $70 for cargo variant then same price again for 77L. I get their new business model of buying what you need - But really this is getting ridiculous now. Although I do like the freighter variant (Lots of opportunities flying Fedex/UPS/Lufthansa Cargo), they really should have combined 777-200LR with it.

There aren’t many 777-200LRs operating in passenger service anymore. Only 61 total were ever built. The majority still flying in passenger service are operated by Emirates. Pakistan International (which was the launch customer) has 2. Delta once had 10, which were sold in 2021. I don’t know if they were parted out or converted to freighters.

Even if the LR variant were offered for free, I couldn’t see myself ever using it in the sim.

Yeah me too - The are few carriers that still flies them on regular basics (Emirates, Air Canada, Air India and Qatar airways) but is not the most popular 777 variant hence why I said above that PMDG should have combined it with 777F.

I heard real cargo, if not its kind of pointless.

Course, none of it is real Bob, no matter what we tell our wives. 🙂
