Hi. Lately, I have been having an issue with Honeycom Throttle Quadrant: only the throttle levels are working. The landing gears, autopilot and other buttons and lights are not working and are not recognized (either under joy.cpl or MSFS 2020). They were working before but suddenly they stopped from working. I contacted the Honeycomb's customer support, asked me to open the unit to see if any wire was disconnected, etc. in vain. If I connect the unit to the computer, the hot key (G) on the keyboard, for example, does not work either, so the only way I can use the hot keys is by unplugging the unit, otherwise, I cannot lower the landing gears. Any thoughts? Should I reinstall the entire game?

Configuration: Windows 10, MSFS 2020 with Steam.

I don't know, just a wild guess, have you tried to plug it in in a different usb port?
