Please Help!

I wanted to purchase the MIG-25 from Marketplace (46% off until third of januari)... But it doesent work! ( it only comes up a sign/box telling me purchase is pendeing and/or after that, purchase canselled!)😡 I have tryed EVERYTHING! Installt/uninstall Xbox/MS store/loging in and out etc etc etc! I even did blow the whole comuter clean and did a complete vanilla install of msfs 2020!

To no avail! This is crazy... What on earth is wrong? I have spent hours and hours trying (two days!) to get mu hands on that MIG... But no way! 

Anyone else having the same issue/experience? And/or any fix for this?

I'm on steam and once I added $ to my steam wallet,  a steam window purchase confirmation window opened up and once confirmed, the purchase went right thru.

Maybe same on MS to need funds in place first...?

Haven't had a chance to fly the Foxbat yet, but what a great deal on an under-represented mach 3 jet! 😁

Just needs your valid credit card to be on file and purchases go thru as expected.

What do You mean? "Just needs your valid credit card to be on file and purchases go thru as expected" waht do you mean "on file"? What file?

Please explain. I have money on my creditcard, yes...what else do i need to do to get through with my purchase

I had this exact same issue.  I solved it by launching MSFS from the Microsoft Store as opposed to my desktop icon and that worked for me.  Give it a try.  Good luck!

You mean start and run msfs from MS store? Is that possible? The thing is i did a purchase through marketplace a year ago or so, and it was no problems...

Stupid question maybe, but how do i start/launch msfs from MS store? 

 

I just started msfs from MS store! But it did not work! I see in Xbox app that sweden is not listed in "All access" in the xbox app... Could that be the issue? 

No one has any more ideas? This is absolutley insane!!! WHY on earth cant I get this download/purchase from MSFS Marketplace to work???

If you last purchased from the store 'a year ago or so' are you sure your credit/debit card details are still up to date?

You might have to update your details in the MS store?

Everything is up to date, ms store, msfs, and my credit card etc etc...

The problems occur when i scan the QR code with my card to complete the purchase... Thats were things hangs up and nothing happens... Except the message "purchase pending" and then after a few seconds "purchase canceled"...

 

Have you tried making the purchase in a more conventional manner? In other words, not by scanning a QR code? Do you have any other cards that you could use?

There is no other option for payment than scanning the QR code with my bank id in my smartphone...

I mean my Visa card is stored on Microsoft's website and when I make a purchase thru the 2020 Marketplace it proceeds and completes as one would expect.

Its so wierd this... My VISA is also stored at Microsofts website, all details, correct card number etc etc, name, adress and so on...

What else am I missing? I am out of clues an ideas soon... And the frustration goes on...

Signed into Xbox App, Store and FS with same credentials?  Maybe contact MS
