Does anyone know about the producing conditions, after all the produce in china and looking at the price tag (which is good for the community) has a bitter taste. Any information on that?

So are the majority of consumer electronics. This is just a 21st century reality.

Heads up Guys - if you pre-ordering the new Winwing MCSDU - FMS etc. and want a desktop clamp to hold it - you may want to order that now not sure once they start selling these units they are going to stay in stock

Warning clamp is only $18.90 ordered $ 1.00 EXPED sticker - not sure why it wasnt part of the FCU but anyway fore warning

Shipped to South of Boston the total price was $78.90 Fedex - shipping was most the cost bit pricey - only money lol

I received my unit about 3 weeks after my preorder but I also live in a major port where pretty much everything from Asia enters my country.I've also had more than my share of deliveries come very late or not arrive at all. I have a free greenhouse that arrived 18 months late.

I hope you get your combo soon, something I fear has gone wrong.

Not the MCDU but my Thrustmaster Pendulum rudders were continually dropping out so I ordered the Winwing rudder pedals which get exceptional reviews.  I ordered on Saturday, shipping was $70 but they arrived yesterday.

Ironically since then I found a bunch of posts online about "grounding" the Thrustmaster pedals so I grounded them to my desk and sure enough they haven't dropped out since LOL.

But to the topic, shipping from Winwing to New Jersey was 2 business days...

This is something I've heard a lot in the last few days and is at least a little worrying, as I imagine the demand for the (M)CDUs at this price will be unprecedented.

Can you run multiple units simultaneously?  Right now I run AviaWorx https://www.aviaworx.com/aviacdu and I just have two old tablets that I either run Captain and FO CDU on in the 737 or for the 777 I run Pilot and FO CDU on one tablet and use the 2nd tablet for the center CDU.

For that matter, I don't even see PMDG 737 or 777 as compatible.  Is that right?  The only aircraft they list as supported is Fenix and I don't see ANY Boeing aircraft listed...

On their site they only list 5 aircraft for 2020/2024:

Fenix: Supported

FBW: In Progress

A320 V1 and V2 upcoming

INI A 350 Upcoming

If I understand it correctly, the e.g. 777 CDU cannot be used for the ifly 737MAX (having almost the same layout), but only for the PMDG 777, right? So it's not mirror of the in-sim FMC, but rather a separate FMC tied to the specific addon. Did I get that correctly?

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

With SpadNext and Mobiflight you can program WinWing's FCU and EFIS.

I'd imagine the MCU and FMC will be similar. I'll be finding out at any rate.
