I can't speak for Wilco, but I might suggest checking your spam filter or using another email address, etc. I have that problem every now and then with a user. User gets upset because he thinks I'm ignoring him, when it turns out to be a simple case of an email spam filter eating email. Also, Wilco's been around for a long time. I don't think they're a fly-by-night take your money and run type of company. So I don't think you need worry about that.Cheers,Bryan

Jacob,Are you sure that the order went through? When you buy from Wilco you should receive an e-mail with an order confirmation almost immediately. That e-mail contains the download link as well as a code to unlock the product during installation.Wilco can be reached on info@wilcopub.comCheers,S

Jakob:when you purchased the AbusV2 did you get a confirmation screen on your www-browser? this would have contained confirmation information (transaction). an email would have followed almost immediately to your email as typed during purchase.when things like this happen #1 check is to confirm with your credit-card company that a transaction happened (even nicer if you can confirm your CC on-line).if you have no record of the transaction on your CC it means the purchase never happened.to add to the 'no transaction' theory is the fact you don't see the Abus V2 installer in your download space.you can also contact wilco using this -http://www.wilcopub.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=contact--

Hello. The day before Yesterday I bought the download version of the airbus collection2 for FSX at wilco's homepage (http://www.wilcopub.com/).There was nowhere to start the download, and when i finally ( After carefully researching!) found a download page there was no Airbus download, but just download for two products i bought at wilcos ages ago. I wrote to wilco instantly, but without any reply. Today is the third day in a row I am trying to get in contact with Wilco without any succes and I am getting wery impatient now. I have tried to get acces to their support forum-can't be done! I am worried. Have they closed their operations down or is it normal for this company to ignore costumers in need for help?. Has any of my fellow simmer out there similar experienses with the company. KindlyJakob

Thank you everyone for the kind help.I like the theory, that the payment never got near Wilco. There is hovever one slight problem.I have a confirmation from PayPal on the transaction, so I guess the payment has reached as far as PayPal. I have also recieved one email from wilco asking for information regarding a proof of purchase of the product. The message is obviously automated.Let's see what happens nextAgain, thanks for all the help. It is much appreciatedKindlyJakob Arnholtz

Much as I must admire Scoob's constant vigulance on this this site, no more of my money will go into the Wilco 'pot'. They simply take too much, and give too little in return. The only exception i see to this is Scoob - the one man army;-)

That solved the riddle.Creating a new account on wilco's website, I did not check the spelling of my emailadress properly. when I try to vrite a W (as in webspeed) after @ ,the ''w'' did not turn up. I did not notice this, and has newer before experinced anything like it before. This happens only on wilco's website.Thank you for the help, and for the inconvinience.KindlyJakob Arnholtz
