One month on and Chile keeps coming.I reckon it's an initiative sponsored by the Chilean State Tourist board?

He's going to be around for a loooooooong time - at the moment he's up to 685 files, with 12% of the project completed. Do the math.I respect that he wishes to portray his country in FSX, but does anyone even have the HDD space to contain the completed project?

I realise this is a dead topic, but it's now the end of January 2008, and literally hundreds more files have been uploaded. Look, I mean no offense to the author, and Im sure a lot of people appreciate the work and efforts. But when I have to scroll through- quite literally- 18 straight pages of Photorealistic Chile when I have other things to find and on a time limited schedule, I tend to get a little cranky. It may be Freeware, but I am being forced to see it as I look for other software. Why not give Chile it's own FSX File Category so the uploads can continue for those who want them, and less scrolling through countless pages of files for those who don't? I think that's a pretty fair solution.Again, I totally appreciate the efforts of all freeware and payware titles. I just don't think it's fair to force it file listings on this membership. Those are my 2 cents- take 'em or leave 'em.

I think it's great that someone is making all of this scenery but it highlights a shortcoming in the access to such things. There should be a way to not have this show up in your search such as an exclude where you can type in key words.Again, no offense meant to the author but it does show a certain lack of being able to properly handle these huge things by the current search and listing methods.

I don't understand the problem. To much Chile??? Not enough Chile!!!It wood be the same when I would say, oh, man, so much Boeing-planes in the library, I don't like Boeing, please stopp it...There is someone doing a lot of work for the comunity here and you are complaining about that you have to scroll to much? Incredible! Here is the solution for you: Look in future at http://walhalla.mine.nu/fsx.php for new scenery. But be carefull, also there is a guy, who makes all the work for you...Rainer

So here is a solution for YOU- read the posts that you're replying to before you stick your foot in your mouth in public.
