Asobo must have flipped the switch on the servers that says 'Favour 2020 - Favour 2024' to the other position. 2024 users don't have to wait for 2020 to be working to see outages. That feature is built in so it can do that on its own.

January 12, 20251 yr Only logical they would prioritise the newest platform, if that is what is happening. Nobody should take it personally. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
January 12, 20251 yr Well if they are going to prioritse MS2024 at least make it fit for purpose first. I'm enjoying MSFS2020 tremendously at the moment and don't plan on reverting to MSFS2024 for quite some time given how poor it currently is.

Sorry mate but as a customer and user of 2020 I take it "personnally" (As many here I spent a lot of money for 2020 in addons)and I don't see why they should prioritise 2024 at the expense of 2020. I got lots of stutters (despite having plenty of headroom) in MSFS2024 at the same time as people were stuck on checking for updates yesterday. This morning everything is back to normal. The likely explanation could be server overload due to many people being online. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
