MSFS 2020 Horizon 787-9 Genx Sound Issue

Hi,

I'm new to MSFS, and I've been playing around with the Horizon 787-9, downloaded from Orbx.  I had it working quite nicely, but all of a sudden I lost all sounds (buttons, engines, everything) for the Genx verison.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue persists.  Any ideas what might be the issue?

I'm on Windows 10 and they just pushed an update... not sure if that broke something?
