January 25, 20251 yr To those of you enjoying the visual uplift SU1 is providing, do not be discouraged by the naysayers claiming a placebo effect. We have side-by-side photos providing irrefutable proof of what you're seeing. Avsimmers aren't the only ones noticing the changes either, with plenty of posts on Facebook pointing them out. It's just the usual haters spreading their usual hate. In my own testing, I've found that the sim maintains ground scenery detail at extremely high altitudes (drone camera) and that makes me very happy. I just hope this will continue to be the case when everyone has to update upon full release. 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.

This comment is a bit tone deaf. "Looks SO good now" is highly subjective to the end user. What you may pass off as "SO good" to another may be not as good as it should/can be.
