Barry,It's just a simple cut and paste operation! Copy the text below: SHIFT+UTOGGLE_AIRPORT_NAME_DISPLAYOpen with Notepad the standard.xml file (located at c:Documents and Settingsapplication datamicrosoftfsxcontrols in XP. Location in Vista apparently is slightly different). Paste the copied text just beneath the line . Save and close the file.Start FSX, fly somewhere with a nearby airport and hit Shift+U to see the airport name displayed in the sky above the airport location.Couldn't be easier, right? ;-)-Rick----------- My System -----------P4 @ 2.53 GHz / 1GB RAM / NVIDIA GeForce 6800XT, 256MB / Windows XP Home

Hi FolksBe Aware -The key combo Lamont suggests, is not suitable for Acceleration, (already used).SHIFT+U activates TOGGLE_LAUNCH_BAR_SWITCHCarrier launches will no longer work.Suggest using CTRL+SHIFT+PSee instructions at - FSDev - Wiki - Displaying airport nameshttp://www.fsdeveloper.com/wiki/index.php?...s_airport_namesI suggest CTRL+SHIFT+Pas it is close to CTRL + Show + Placesand as a 3rd level command,sufficiently removed from common FSX commands,or any others likely to be introduced via simconnect & simvar.exe.HTHATBPaulResized logo pending ;-)http://www.fs-odg.com
