UTX: why are all the vehicles stalled on major roads?

Is it because gas prices are so high?!Seriously, is there a way to use the major roads and lose the silly dead cars when there are moving vehicles? Weird indeed. Hopefully someone has a workaround. Well, I don't have the "add auto imprint" checkbox. Looks like I also don't have 1.2 patch installed, only 1.1. I hope this will input this option . . .Thanks G
