Default FSX plane loses power on ground

Recommended Posts

Guest United

I just got back into FSX simming. Got tired of all the CDTs, but I did my duty, pounded AVSIM threads for info. and reinstalled stuff. But it has been 7 months. I have forgotten why default FSX aircraft, in this case the A321, sits on the ground and loses power to the battery and I had to reboot the aircraft? Fix for that? I am running Acceleration mind you and have version 4.2X of FSUIPC. I admit, I did forget to check the unlimited battery box, so maybe that's it. Couldn't find a thread by searching, so thought I better ask!Randy Jura, KPDX

Yep, you will drain the battery if sitting too long. In controls there is one called "Repair and refuel". Assign it to a key and that'll be a fix for that, but beware it'll add ya a full load of gas.
