Economic help for Addons

After seeing what European sites are charging for Flight sim addons, I about fell off my chair, So I was pleasantly surprised to find that Frys had some great deals at www.outpost.com. The ClS DC-10 is 19.99 so is their F-117. Tiger Moth is 29.99 All in all there are 3 pages of pretty decent deals.

Is this Legacy Xpansion http://shop3.outpost.com/product/5360628?s...CH:MAIN_RSLT_PG the same as Wilco's PIC legacy just in different packaging? Yes, thats the Commercial Level Simulations DC-10. I wish I would have waited a bit longer to buy it myself. I paid 39.99 and thought that was a good deal.
