Is there a way to modify turns during taxi of default a/c?

The MD83 default is now flyable, but I find it slow to turn during taxi, is there a way to make it turn quicker by modifying the aircraft.cfg or something? So making the axis parameters more sensitive to joystick action? Thanks

I do not know the plane but undertand how frustrating it is.Some, like the shockwave b-17 require you to use the engine outboard that side to spin the plane keeping the other at idle.Try lowering or getting rid of the rudder dead zone and increase the sensitivity.Someone may exlain how to add differencial braking if it does not.And last but not least, hit Y "SLEW: and spin the plane. There may be some .cfg edits for that plane but I have not seen the file.It may be realistic which the md80 is a long neck and explains its slow taxi speed and pivot turns. That and not to knock the flight attendents down.
