Using DX10 Preview with FSX

Hello,When I click on the "Directx 10 preview" in graphic options, FSX switch the resolution from 1600*1200 (the resolution I fly with) to 1024*768 !I can't fly with the 1600*1200 resolution when I choose "Directx 10 preview" !Is it normal ? Have you ever had this kind of problem ?My graphic cars is : NVIDIA 8800 GTS 512 Mo , compatible with Direct X 10.Thanks a lot ,Fabrice

Hi Fabrice,Try to create a new FSX.cfg (backup then delete it, FSX will build a new one next time you launch the sim).You probably have few different DISPLAY entries with different settings in FSX.cfg.

Hi david,I try by deleting the FSX.cfg, but it is still the same, even if I try to switch/change the resolution, it keeps the same (1024*768) :-(

That's very weird!Please copy (attach) your FSX.cfg, there is probably something wrong with it.What is your desktop resolution? Try changing it as well as your screen refresh rate.
