I've just had to reinstall MSFS2020 due to a few issues.

I'm getting this issue now with AI traffic (PSXT) doubling up:

This is two AI aircraft on top of each other. 

Is there a setting I need to change to stop this happening in MSFS?

Make sure your add-on airport does not have static park aircraft already. And check you do not have two airports on top of each other.
