So true. There's an awful lot of defending the developer and attacking the user going on. In my opinion, that only makes it worse and normalises the whole "we'll release it now to get the money in and

The A350 clearly has a lot of bugs and complaining is absolutely ok in my opinion. But every so often complains are presented in a very dramatic form. 🙂 Most prominent example in this thread is it's t

I hope you watched the video before you bought it because it's like this, a 40€ plane to go from A to B is not a 90€ studio level product.

Yes, indeed I have to admit this video put me on "hold" for now 😕

Sorry late to quote this post but if you're suggesting that the Ini A350 is of sort of level or better than the PMDG 777 than I can't take you or your post serious even with a smiley at the end of your post. I just hope I misinterpreted what you meant???

I'm buying it anyway - it's a BEAUTIFULL Airbus !

Then I'll see what waits for me 🙂

I have had very few issues with her to be honest, I would like to see the auto tuning of the radio's fixed when using BATC, I know it is on the list for the developers. I updated to 1.0.3 yesterday afternoon and did a test flight from Hamburg to Istanbul and performance seemed way better, it was an exceptionally smooth flight with little to no stuttering, best I have seen so far and that was with live BATC traffic which I had to turn off previously. Hopefully it is still the same in 1.0.4

All in all I am pretty happy, yes it is a little on the pricey side but I work hard so doesn't really bother me. The other noteworthy point for me is that I did for the very first time a week ago a 15 hour flight from Singapore to London Gatwick in the A350 with zero issues or performance degradation. Have never done this in all the years I have been simming 😀

What kind of argument is that? "I can afford it, so I don't care that it only has about half of the system depth as competitor products in the same price range."

I bought it as well, and I think it is costs 30 bucks more than it is worth. This kind of superficial system modeling outside of normal operations, is simply unaccaptable in that price range.

Agreed, it probably should be cheaper than it is but it’s the best priced A350 available and I’m having fun with it so it’s not worth losing sleep over.

It was not any kind of argument, just my own feeling. If you think it is so bad why did you not ask for a refund!

Because Software is not refundable and IniBuilds does not give any.

Software is refundable. Been proven by plenty of developers.

No it's not.

Some developers do so, but the law is on the side of those who don't.

Depends the EULA can not always be enforceable. I doubtt the law would be on ini side when plenty of problems arose and basically made the plane unusable for a considerable amount of people.

It's not about the EULA.

If the product doesn't work and people can't fly. Then they are still entitled to a refund. Different rules for different countries.  30 days per the consumer rights act they are entitled..

Almost at the end of completing close to a 4000-mile flight since the last update. 7 hrs and so far no problems. It took off like it should instead of climbing like a rocket, when I engage the AP it change course and followed plan to the tee. Also, so far, the AP did not disengage, and plane started doing figure 8's. And acting like a roller coaster. Hopefully they finally got it right with this bird, when everything's working it's very fun and exciting A350. I finally feel my money was well spent.
