Gotta feel sorry for the devs; it’s not enough that they give up their free time at unsociable hours to face what they know will be (at least some) uncomfortable questions on a global platform in thei

Disagree. Working in global business comms I’ve heard it said many times by native English speakers that French colleagues are unenthusiastic. Also Japanese, Scandinavian, Indian etc. etc. etc. Sure,

  • What I have learned in life is that there are people you will never be able to satisfy. Whatever Joerg, Seb or Martial do or say, it's never enough because they forgot to mention this or that or they

That's very good.  Seems like some of the DCS World Developers see there is money and potential in MSFS.

Wake Turbulence will now be modeled for multiplayer aircraft and injected traffic.

I can already imagine the confusion that wake turbulence will cause in a typical multiplayer session. At least, it should teach the dangers of tailgating an aircraft.

I'm over these developer streams. I do not understand the snails pace at which they are fixing these issues and why they can't seem to tackle small issues present since the start that should be a easy fix.  This game launch was so severly botched I'm not sure how long it will take to make it right. Hopefully, this year?  I was skeptical of MSFS 2024 from the get go, I knew the backwards compatibility was oversold, everyone told me I was just being negative.  Honestly, I had no idea how bad things really were until I tried doing the mission mode.  It was a cash grab obviously, but usually most developers going for a cash grab would give you a finished game, or at least a game that isn't fatally flawed at it's core.

I am amazed by how much they talk and don't say anything. Come on. come to the point and Next question. And who chooses the questions. The most random small nick pitty things are handled for 5 minutes. But big issues like bloom/ lensflare, VRAM, double jetways, better fps etc totally ignored

They did talk about VRAM, there's be things happening in SU2

If I understood correctly, the Praetor 600 is going to be an Asobo/WorkingTitle collab

and I was right, SimVerse coins are just the same coins we had in 2020 just more user facing now

I'm interested in phrenology. I would like to study the unusual shape of the guys head who decided on the name SimVerse Coins.

He said in a very depressing way. Yes something with ray tracing. 5 seconds spend on it.  That's it. Meanwhile my full 16gb VRAM is full without ray tracing. And causes stutters. On medium settings. What you joke these guys.

Same old song and dance.  Lies.

I was just about to watch it, but I don't need to now after your detailed and inciteful post.

Biggest bit of news is that the beta for SU2 is planned to start in about a week’s time - 20th approx.

That’s way sooner than I thought - appreciate not everything will be in it then but supposedly there’s already quite a lot of fixes with it. Good stuff.

Did they say that? I must have missed it. Does anybody know the timestamp of when they said this?

~07:26 - was a very brief mention just before the WU 19 part.

Martial said 20th or 21st.
