http://naco.faa.gov/ecomp/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=DTPPI have been using these for a year or so on a second computer. They contain every airport in the 26 volume set and the price can't be beat. Includes a very good UI to easily find the chart you need.

These are the same, just available via search online. The purchased product mentioned above is just a DVD with all the procedures on it that is released each cycle. I usually use http://www.aeroplanner.com/index.cfm for North America. Some of the site is pay for use, but they got airport charts and even SID/STAR database in PDF format for download and its free :-)Just hit Airports at the top, search for the one ur looking for and then can go into the terminal procedure section from there on.Only thing am looking for now is websites with charts for rest of the world...
