This update is good - however it has broken several other systems like minimums callout and some other stuff …

Have you deleted the WASM folder prior to start up the A350 after the latest update? Without doing so, you will encounter numerous problems.

It's been a while since I tried the A350. I just did and suddenly the MCDU (is it called the MCDU in this aircraft) froze during cockpit preparation. Everything else seemed to work though - overhead panel, FCU etc.

Yes, in the Airbus it is called MCDU, you probably got an WASAM crash during your cockpit preparation, a lot are fixed but they still have some reading around the forums..

I think a lot are still present ( WASM )  at cockpit preparation - i mostly do my start direct from the runway ( to much time to always prepare the cockpit for me ) and until today from Version 1.0 i didn`t encountered one WASM crash what sounds stupid but it is 🫠

cheers ☺️

Six updates, and it is still suffering from WASM crashes?

Neither have i, i wonder what's causing issues for some, yet other's have no issues other than the bugs at launch. I take it everyone's clearing their WASM files before installation of an upgrade.

Indeed I have cleared the WASM folder prior to installation of the update - Several of the bugs like minimums callout and other bits has already been reported to inibuilds and they are aware.

Thanks - I did suspect it could be related to WASM. Funny - I haven't had this before. But to be honest, I haven't flown the aircraft much. I prefer the Fenix - both the aircraft type (short-haul) and stability.

Performance with the latest update with MSFS2020 seems a lot worse. Is there anything I can deactivate (like autosave for example) that could get some performance back?
