April 10, 20251 yr Sorry but after giving FSHud a try over a few days I just can't stand the voices - much the same as the terrible default ATC voices we had in simulators over the past 25 years. It’s their major selling point For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

April 13, 20251 yr Honestly, I still believe FSHud has the best traffic management and ATC accuracy right now – even if it's been a bit quiet lately from the devs. Sure, the voices could definitely use some improvements, but when it comes to sequencing, separation, and realistic procedures, FSHud feels a lot more "real" to me than other options. Personally, I’m happy to stick with it and looking forward to seeing where it goes next. Hopefully we'll hear some news soon! 😊
April 17, 20251 yr After a few years I came back to FsHud (MSFS 2024) and it is clear that the development progressed very nicely and in my opinion it is now the best ATC program. The voice quality may not be as good as elsewhere, but it has definitely improved, and in terms of core ATC features (AI traffic included), FsHud is better than the competition. As far as MSFS 2024 is concerned, the optimization is also very good (used to be horrible in MSFS 2020 back when FsHud was released). I am using it with AIG, because FSLTL live traffic injection seems to require bigger CPU demand. Also, the roadmap for 2025 looks very promising (emergency or weather diverts).
