Not sure what forum I should post to so I'll give it a try here. I purchased or should I say tried to purchase VOX ATC DVD verion from the AVSIM Store. I received an email stating that my order had been submitted and I would receive e-mail(s) regarding the status of my order. It's been a week now and my credit card has NOT been charged nor have I received any other e-mails. I believe I'm correct that Vmax Flight Systems takes care of the orders. If not perhaps someone can tell me who does. At any rate I have e-mailed them asking what the status was with no reply so far. I have also called them and only get voicemail. I actually want the product. I just can't get any response from anyone regarding the order. Any help would be appreciated.
