It appears this turbocharged aircraft is not equipped with a cylinder head temperature gage.  Is this unusual for a turbo?

I'm told that some apparently didn't have one, though I've never been in one that didn't have it, and I can't imagine flying it without that information.  My real world '79 Turbo Arrow IV certainly had one and it was an extremely critical gauge for this engine.  As I mentioned in another thread, IRL I would NEVER fly a Turbo Arrow not equipped with one.
