New Thai Models Singapore WSSS

Hi there,

I donโ€™t think I own any Thai models sceneries, does anyone have their new WSSS? The video looks stunning, but Iโ€™m interested particularly about performance in FS2024.

Any comments would be appreciated ๐Ÿ™.

Cheers,

Pete

First I've heard about this, and I'm looking for a new Changi for MSFS2024. I'll be interested in reading/hearing any reviews, too. The recreation of the Jewel looks wonderful - it's probably the most enjoyable recreational area of any airport in the world, or at least the ones I've been to, anyway. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

What I wonder is how the gate assignments are in this variant, because in the Cloudsurf one, they are a mess.

I own all three versions, and while this one is the best among them, it's still not a good rendition of Singapore. The taxiway signs and markings are incorrect (according to the charts), the texturing is poor, the markings are too large and inaccurate, and the bridge is poorly constructedโ€”AI traffic struggles to cross it properly. Additionally, the apron has the wrong color.

The overall "feel" of the airport is still better captured in the ImagineSim rendition, but theirs is not yet fully compatible with MSFS 2024 (e.g., missing grass, etc.). At the moment, this is the best available version, but once the ImagineSim version is fully functional again, I believe it will be the better and more accurate choice.

Cloudsurf is also working on a V2 of WSSS "coming soon" for MSFS 2024.

I canโ€™t imagine anyone topping this rendition of the Jewel.

Looks good,

ps There's a new terminal just kicked off that dwarfs anything there by a long way. These things are going into mega-category now.

I got it, and am a bit disappointed TBH. The jetways "telescope" and disconnect (not from the plane, but from each section of the jetway). There are taxi signs in the middle of some taxiways. Performance is...fine, could be better...and I don't really care about terminal interiors THAT much. Compared to say, flightbeam or flytampa, the texturing looks a bit dated and is noticeably low rez in areas that you'd notice as a pilot. It's fine, i guess..but for $25USD, I did expect a bit higher quality.

And are you using any AI traffic?

Hows the flow? Gate assignments?
