Downloaded the Horizon 787-9 in MSFS 2024 (Premium Deluxe) and I get this:

go into the content manager, disable the 2024 787-10 and enable the 2020 787-10

Just tried to do this.

When I select the MSFS 2024 787-10 there are no options to disable (it says "streamed"). Selecting it doesn't bring other options up.

Also, how do I enable the 2020 version? In the Marketplace it just shows me packages (premium etc) when I search for 787.

You don't look in the marketplace you look in your library. That's where you activate the MS2020 version which then automatically prompts the deactivation of the 2024 version.
